Did you not read what was said? Radio waves lesser than your car stereo! You will really tell me that smart meters are bad but yet you have a smart phone and have satellite TV and drive a car! You live in California and you are surrounded by technology if you don’t like then leave! You people are only .6% of the people in California! You know what that means? ……. That no one cares what you think about the meters! Congratulations on raising awareness on your own incompetent opinions. You really are a bunch of failures.

I am a senior citizen and I am a totally against this new Big Brother control technology too. This Smart technology is all about control. You will get less power and pay more…!!! It’s not the EMF that anyone should be concerned about, it’s the Big Brother Control System that is the enemy of our Liberty and Freedom. And how about seniors that need extra warmth in thier aging bones especially at night when the temperature drops! One must also take into consideration that it’s the new technology embeded in electrical appliances that work in conjunction with the Smart Grid system. Such as the new toasters with the internal CHIP installed within. Smart Grid will then give less power to the CHIPPED toaster and give it to the CHIPPED dryer, and so on and so on. I say it’s time to trash all the new fangled appliances and let them eat their heart out. They can fenangle the Smart Grid all they want, but if there’s NO CHIPS in the appliances then they can’t complete their mission…!!! We the people can fight back in suttle ways. Gotta be one step ahead of all those idiots at the helm in powers that be. What are they going to do? Put us all in prison because we don’t own a toaster, dryer or washing machine that doesn’t kiss Big Brother’s ass with internal CHIPS? Not…!!! Time for We the People to take the reigns…!!

I am a senior citizen and what smart meters are designed to do is shut down the amount of electrical usage you are using and give it to another location. It is designed to do various different things such as even shut your power off needlessly if they choose to. It is also designed to give more power to one appliance by reducing it from another. But then one must have the new fangled appliances in their homes that have the CHIP installed in them such as the new toasters that have that new technology within. It is limitless when it comes to Big Brother control. So you will get less power and PAY MORE. The rates will rise and your service either can or will be less. Senior citizens need their heat and NO one has the right to tamper with their furnace or even oxygen machines if they are on a medical divice such as this. No public utility has the right to play God over anyone. I for one WILL NOT HAVE ANY APPLIANCES IN MY HOME THAT CONTAIN THE NEW CHIP TECHNOLOGY.

Wellington are Subcontracters USED to limit PG&E’s liability, and they can go out find another worthwhile contracted job for THEIR employees. You are gambling against yourself my friend that you won’t get sick from the radiation, and that is your conscience decision, but you have neighbors to be concerned about if you are not for yourself.

This fight is not about momentary fame…this is one of the most important contrabutions that a man or woman can offer their family, friends, and neighbors in their lives. This is the largest untested technological event in history. Yes, you can be the frog in the pot…As for me and my house we will not!

You faggots have no jobs and are trying to put those Wellington guys out of work, what a selfish organized group. The cpuc said that they declared safe and accurate! They are mandatory and if u don’t like it go get solar or move out of the country, no one likes unemployed dip shits like you here anyway. Oh by the way they operate off of radio waves less than a car stereo, not a cell network and there is no radiation emitted from the smart meters, but there is off your cell phone. And you actually break the law by following those installers around and walking on to other peoples property, they are permitted to be there u aren’t. Once again maybe if you were a regular citizen like the rest of us living life, and not trying to get your 60 seconds of fame, and you would start to learn that technology is gunna happen you can go with it or be left behind! I want my smart meter half the time the stupid reader never even gets out of his truck to read my meter, thus getting inaccurate bills constantly. Go away you incompetent losers.

i’m glad there is some organized resistance to this latest intrusion by the rich and powerful into our personal lives but what i heard one of their overpaid agents say on the news tonite is that they don’t intend to allow any opt-outs. the local consumer advocates are addressing only the issue of people getting overcharged, as if that isn’t bad enough.
now i want to know who is going to start organizing against our water department’s plan to shove its automated meters down our throats. i’m not the type of person who can initiate something like this.
