The landlord is 88 years old. He’s frail, so he’ll be the first to die from radiation, likely within months. Then a new slumlord will buy the place and evict all the tenants. Thanks, PGE, for creating several soon-to-be-displaced people, including a young child.

If there’s anything good about this, I will move to Seaside. It seems like a nice place.
