It keeps one of my dogs up all night – we go away and he sleeps all night in the motor home but NOT at home, here he pants and paces half the night keeping us awake too.2

I have a friend with a dog that developed that same kind of runny eyes from a WiFi router box. Why not cover up your smart meter and see if your dog/cat gets better? I would think that it is from the smart meter.

At the time, I didn’t give it any thought. I did however notice the bedroom closet had a very musty smell and thought there may have been mold within the walls.
A couple of months after moving in, I began having restless nights, tossing and turning all night long. I felt congested in the mornings and would have mild headaches (and I never get headaches). I dismissed it as stress related. Then about three months ago, one of my cats starting wheezing. I work for a veterinary hospital, so I took her in right away. After several types of blood tests, x-rays and an ultrasound, they could not find anything wrong with her. Her larynx became inflamed and the wheezing turned into a horrible wet cough and she could barely eat or drink. After weeks of antibiotics and various medications, there was no change. Then two weeks ago I came home to find her struggling to breathe and ended up having to put her down.
My other cat has become very restless and is losing weight and my dog has very runny eyes, which she never had before. So I starting thinking all of this was possibly from breathing in mold spores? I called my landlord and asked her if there had been any mold and she assured me there had not.
Then last week a client came into my vet office and mentioned last year her dog had been very sick and no one could find out what was wrong with it. During that time, just by coincidence, she was having her smart meter removed and said that literally within 48 hours of the meter being removed, her dog’s symptoms started resolving.
So now I am left to wonder …. are the symptoms my pets and I experiencing due to the smart meter?

Thank you for speaking up. You are a courageous woman. It’s clear the units are causing health problems. Sensitive people suffer more than others but everyone is at risk. The broadband or DSL modems do not transmit wifi themselves, it is the wifi routers that do the transmitting.
Simply don’t use a router, or use a standard router and ethernet cables if you need to use peripheral devices far away from your computer.
Using wifi for sending documents to a printer is not a good idea at all, especially documents that contain sensitive and proprietary information.

Just to clarify, what he was saying is that if you have a cable modem or DSL router that includes a wifi feature, you can go in and turn it off if you are not using the wifi feature. As long as your computers are wired to the router/internet directly, then your computers should work as usual.

This saves you the cost of replacing the router with one that doesn’t have a wifi feature.

A wifi router will generally send out a small “broadcast” packet several times a second even if it’s not being used.
