The smart meters are now being forced upon us in central Illinois. At least, I got a notice in the mail, that they needed to ‘test’ my meter and install a new one soon. My meter has not given me any problem at all! After researching this, it is obvious how dangerous they are.

Where would I turn to for legal help in stopping this? Would you happen to know?

Any help would be appreciated!
