If there is an opt out in Ft. Collins and the Farvers specified that they did not want a smart meter, then why in the world did the utility company trespass and vandalize their property against their explicit wishes? This is indeed a very troubling and alarming infringement of their rights. The law should protect the people, not the utility company. Thank you for standing up for your rights and continuing to educate others about this dangerous and desecrating abuse.
