I know that commercial customers already have TOU mandated, but as far as I know, the TOU schedule is voluntary (at least for the time being), and (of course) only is available to customers who have SmartMeters.
I have seen inaccurate statements from TURN before, so does anyone have any facts about this proposed TOU being mandatory for residential customers who have SmartMeters ?
