Do I have to pay the extra $10.00 fee PG&E want to charge for going back to analog. I am sensitive to high pitch ringing in the air and have trouble sleeping since they my analog meter to smart meter and sometimes I wake up with horrible headaches. My husband is complaining of being tired all the time. Who can I get to change my meter out?
