In poring through the archive materials available at the CPUC online website, I saw a few videos of public forums in which a couple of the commissioners endured scheduled periods in which members of the public could come and make statements and offer text/data to the CPUC commissioners as they deliberated some matter. The public input forums I assume are a holdover from a less psychopathic era but maintained to create a Potemkin Village effect by a gang of appointed commissioners who supposedly listen to public input before they make decisions about issues involving the utility cartel’s schemes. The time allotment for each speaker was only 1 to 3 minutes as I recall,
but many people who had made the effort to come to the well attended and rarely held public forums had brought texts, some looking substantial, relating to the science
data that supported the popular position that the new meters are dangerous and should not be deployed until they can be made safe for living entities, human, animal, and the birds and the bees. After a long series of statements by individuals, with not a few expressing serious concern for their children’s well being, often with the children in tow, one of the commissioners spoke up; he looked both angry and bored with the proceedings which, as I recall, only last an hour total, and he asked if there were any people present who had received contracts for installing the wifi smart meters.

Is it morally insane to forcefully ‘deploy’ weaponized utility meter devices to peoples’
dwelling walls which, with time, will gradually break/damage the body’s DNA and break/damage the Blood Brain Barriers resulting in increased BBB permeability; increased permeability will render the brain vulnerable to chemicals and microbes the BBB evolved to protect from?
Is it the action of moral imbeciles to deploy weaponized meter devices that will
lay low substantial portions of the population with chronic illnesses? When I first heard mention that there were to be new utility meters and there was some question as to the safety of the new meter technology, I looked into the controversy which, though new to me, had already been going on for some time
in CA and elsewhere. The famous Pavlov, much appreciated by the creators of the USSR utopia, experimented on orphaned children as well as dogs, and found in his ‘dog’ experiments that recalcitrant rebellious dogs, resistant to being controlled, became readily controllable when he induced illness into those dogs.
I saw that the role of the CPUC commissioners was critical as the CPUC was created to represent
and protect the interests of what they call “captive rate payers’ of only the privately owned utility companies each functioning as a monopoly in a land area based territory in CA. The CPUC had been given a Mission statement which should have been their guiding light in dealing with the utility cartel’s proposal to deploy [an oddly appropriate word] wifi smart meters onto the walls of habitations and schools etc. In fact the devices are weaponized spy devices which do a relatively poor job of metering utility usage relative to the meters they replaced which by comparison were safe and effective.

They cannot feel empathy; they cannot feel remorse; they do not have a conscience built-in. They do not experience love although they certainly do have a capacity for anger, often rage and can feel desire to obtain power over others.
Firmly held ethical values, and a sense of justice, are outgrowths of the emotional capacity of human beings and the love, pity and pain they feel for others, even when unbidden.
However, children raised by psychopaths can be induced to act the same and their true natures be suppressed but not eliminated; and whole societies that come under the sway of psychopaths, who may rise to the top positions of power/influence over the societal apparatus can be transformed into psychopathic societies; which the author of ‘Political Ponerology’ personally observed growing up and living his whole life in Poland during the 20th century. He has identified important thought and speech transformations that develop; such as Para logical thinking. Not inconsequentially, psychopaths prior to the twentieth century were referred to as moral imbeciles, or as morally insane.

3/30/15.-Part-1-[sorry I put part 5 1st–probably cause I have 4 wifi smart meters on the exterior wall]
I do not think that the “Psychopathic” element present in the executive suites of the
privately owned utility cartel/monopoly in California and the 5 CPUC commissioners
can be overstated. And it is important to periodically bring it into open discussion.
Pyschopath is a technical term denoting a subgroup of humanity which are intrinsically intra-special predators as one noted researcher observed. Their percentage of the population is estimated to be between 1 and 5 percent but the ones who have been identified and studied have usually been those who pass through the criminal justice system; and many who research this subgroup agree that those studied are ‘failed psychopaths’ in that they were caught in their predatory mischief.
By far, most psychopaths are never identified by the empathic majority among whom they live and prey and wreak havoc and devastation though with varying capacity
for inflicting harm.
One important psychologist, author of POLITICAL PONEROLOGY, [which is the study of evil] opined that probably all human evil can be laid at the feet of this psychopathic subgroup which moves among us invisible to us but often visible to each other. Perhaps the most fundamental defining aspect of this intra-special predator group is their incapacity to experience emotion; this is believed to be a genetic component.

No one spoke; and this commissioner mentioned that a lot of money was to be spent on many individual contractors for installing the contraptions and this would be a substantial economic benefit to communities; then in a slightly bewildered whine he resumed by asking rhetorically where are these people who are going to benefit from this program, why have they not come to speak out in favor of this big project.
I inferred that the commissioner believed there was a kind of silent mass of supporters of wifi smart meter technology because they would make money off of the installation process. I suspect that he believed that this mass of supporters were not present because, like himself, they
could not stand to listen to all the seeming endless complaining and even tearful please to desist in this warlike scheme being launched on the ‘captive rate payers’ of CA.
That was my introduction to the issue and to the attitude of the CPUC commissioners
who were all on the same page with wifi smart meters.
Later, I came to realize it could not be by chance to have five such cold blooded
people filling the chairs of the CPUC commissioners; filling the official positions
designated with the Mission to protect the health and safety and interests of the
captive rate payers of the privately owned utility monopoly in CA; a Mission statement
that even specifies to protect against deployment of dangerous devices.

Opponents are applauding a regulatory judge’s ruling that rejected a utility’s plan to buy electricity from a controversial San Diego natural gas power plant.

At issue is a 1950s power plant that developers want to modernize to sell electricity to San Diego Gas & Electric Co.

A decision to purchase electricity from the proposed $2-billion Carlsbad Energy Center is up to the five-member Public Utilities Commission, which has shown enthusiasm for the project in the past.

The judge on Friday said SDG&E should buy more power from renewable sources, such as wind and solar, rather than natural gas.

“This is a huge reversal of what we thought would happen,” said Matt Vespa, a lawyer for the Sierra Club.

“The decision, he said, “is a promising signal that the commission is turning itself around” after the December departure of former PUC President Michael Peevey. Vespa said the commission is “saying no to what appear to be backroom deals.”

Vespa was referring to new President Michael Picker’s statements that there needs to be more transparency in agency decision-making.

Over the past year, the PUC has been rocked by a growing scandal linked to what critics called “overly cozy” relations between the PUC and top utility executives. Peevey and the commission are the targets of criminal investigations by both the U.S. Department of Justice and the California attorney general’s office.”

Currently in Michigan,MPSC released on line, Pa-295-renewable energy -481423-7.1.pdf, on page 3 states charges for residential, commercial,and big commerical. On page 10, clearly written, DTE and CONSUMER UTILITIES HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO INSTALL THE AMI METERS UNDER EXPERIMENTAL, WHICH TELLS ME,THE METERS ARE STILL WITHOUT PROPER TESTS. MPSC IS STILL BACKING DTE AND CONSUMER UTILITIES WITH THE LIES OF AMI BEING SAFE. I SPOKE TO MPSC AND THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE SAYING. I HAVE CALLED DTE AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE STATING SAME LIE OF SAFETY FOR THESE NIGHTMARES METERS. SENT CERTIFIED LETTER OF DEMAND OF REMOVAL, DTE RECEIVED 2/20/15 WITH DOCTOR STATEMENTS,THEY HAVE 1 MORE WEEK, THEIR METERS ARE BEING REMOVED.MY HEALTH CAN’T TAKE ANYMORE OF THEIR LIES AND POISON. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
