I am current in a dispute with the water department and I had the water turned off
because I would not let the city install this new device. I have no action in court but
it may be necessary to use this article as current facts that other communities and states are in similar disputes. My appeal denial is in the MI Court of Appeal (COA)regarding a issue of PRE denial to my property regarding water has been turned off. The assessing department took away the PRE.
Keep up the good intention for the public concerns regarding safety, health and privacy issues on this new technology.

Mr. Mondale is apparently not aware of the growing international research on the (non-thermal) dangers of these “smart” meters (which have been banned in many places), especially on children, pregnant women, seniors, people with immune deficiencies and people with medical implants — especially over time. This is not to mention the increased danger they offer to terrorist hacking attacks on utility systems. The World Health Organization and the International Agency for Research on Cancer rank these RF EMFs as a Class 2B carcinogen and the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) finds these meters unsafe for people with various medical conditions (cancer, coronary, musculoskeletal, oral, immunological and neurological), pregnant women, etc. See, for example, articles and references on the websites electrosmogprevention.org, emfsafetynetwork.org, or EMFIelds U.K. site.
