Thomas E. Wheeler, a former lobbyist for CTIA who opposed meaningful RF safety limits in the 1996 Telecommunications Act, has been nominated by President Obama to be Chairman of the FCC.
Please let the US Senate Committee on Commerce, Science & Transportation about the serious conflicts of interest that Mr. Wheeler has that mean he is unfit to be Chairman of the FCC.
