- For returns, please contact us directly within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Refunds will be credited to buyers account once items are returned in good condition.
- The return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all meter returns, unless there is a fault.
- Please e-mail us or call us at (888) 965-6435 prior to returning your meter.
- No returns on books, DVD’s, brochures, stickers, etc., unless they are faulty.
- All EMF Meters ship USPS Priority or 1st Class Mail.
- All products ship worldwide and may require a shipping supplement depending on your location.
- All items ship same or next business day unless otherwise specified
EMF Meter Warranty Issues
If you are having a problem with your meter, please e-mail or call us and we can help you troubleshoot. If your meter does require warranty service, we’ll provide the address to send it and an RMA number. SSM! will cover all shipping costs retroactively if a warranty issue is identified, so you are not out of pocket. Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage from liquid, drops, or damage as a result of misuse or neglect etc.
