Nationwide Violations of FCC Radiation Limits at Wireless Antenna Sites

MARSHFIELD, VT–(Marketwire – Mar 20, 2013) – The EMRadiation Policy Institute (EMRPI) has released videos revealing the FCC’s failure to protect Americans from wireless radiofrequency (RF) radiation.

US workers and families are at risk of overexposure to RF at hazardous levels. Hundreds of wireless industry-operated antenna sites from Maine to California have been tested by EMRPI and found to be in gross violation — up to and in excess of 600% — of the FCC’s public exposure limits.  Read more.

Thanks for posting this! We are working our way through the series. Part II just revealed that there is no complaint form easily available on the FCC website for input about cell tower antennae. Surprise!

While cell phone companies make billions of dollars off of our backs, they don’t give a flip about all the men, women, and children whose health is at risk because of their product. I encourage everyone to check out this series, become informed, and take action to make sure our communication network is safe for everyone, including those that have to work around cell towers for a living.

  2. Genachowski announced today he is leaving the FCC soon.

Anyone want to guess which wireless provider he will join?

  3. Cindy Shaw says:

Is it a wonder he originally came from the internet business?

They are now offering free wifi in CA off of smart meters – perhaps this was always intended.

The FCC is also opening up more spectrum. Average person has no idea of dangers.
