Thanks so much for traveling clear across the country to Stop “Smart” Meters, Josh! All the education you did while here was certainly appreciated, as well as your amazing generosity with materials and such. You have raised awareness to the next level, making it easier for us to let others know how they can Stop “Smart” Meters literally in their own backyard. Best wishes in your continuing travels, and God bless!
I want to live in their neighborhood! Neighbors who actually care about their health, safety, privacy, and each other…what a concept. I told my neighbors about this, and none of them cared and all have smart meters. I’m the only one who opted out. Georgia has some really nice people. Thanks for the post – it gives me hope for humanity.
Thanks, L. Lots of people do care, but there are still those that believe what the power company is telling them – that “smart” meters are safe in every way, and that there’s nothing to worry about.
I think it’s difficult for people to believe – I still am flabbergasted that it’s true – that an entity which is supposed to do nothing but provide us with safe, affordable electricity is actually going out of their way to do exactly the opposite!
What I’m seeing lately, though, is that the evidence is SO overwhelming that “smart” meters are a disaster, it’s going to be much easier for us to prove that than it was for those sounding the alarm for cigarettes, or lead paint, or asbestos, etc. There’s not just one thing wrong, but many – e. g., dangerous RF and EMF, fires, hacking, higher bills – and all easily proven.
Thank you for YOUR fight – rest assured that you’re making a important difference with your efforts! That type of work is what is even now turning the tide. 🙂
