Please be careful about calling Green Bank utopia. People can use wifi in the area, businesses can use wifi, and reports from people who have gone there reveal that the power quality (dirty electricity frequencies) can make it not workable for some electromagnetically sensitive people.
It would be so easy for society to just say, you have EHS, just move to G.B. and shut up. It just is not that simple.
