Joshua Hart addresses passengers riding the bus 120 miles from Santa Cruz to Santa Rosa in December 2012 to speak to the CPUC about smart meter problems, and the injustice of having to pay an extortion fee to avoid one on your house. More than 500 people attended the five hearings throughout California in December despite being scheduled in the middle of the holidays, and in areas inconvenient to the public.
