I just came across this site which is doing a similar job to yours & specialising in practicle/tacticle items such as protesting stickers & bumf, & of especial note, they feature:
    (ref – http://refusesmartmeter.com/page13.html)
“How to File a Medical/Security Waiver NOW to keep a “Smart Meter” from your home” + “IF YOU WISH YOUR WIRELESS METER REMOVED…You do not need a physician’s letter. To arrange for removal, call either:

Diana Montoya, 888-NMG-ASCO or email the information listed below under FILING FOR A WIRELESS WAIVER to: diana.montoya@nmgco.com

TruCheck Metering Solutions, in a subcontractor for NMGC, and they can also remove wireless meters. Call: 505-697-3483

Diana Montoya is the NMGC representative working with those who wish to have the new wireless meters removed, and to avoid having a wireless meter installed on your home, Ms. Montoya can help you apply to self-read your own meter. NMGC will double check your readings, and you must agree to send them accurately and dependably to qualify for their “Self Read Program.”

Please email WhyFry@fastmail.fm to let us know if NMGC agrees to let you self-read your meter, as we are trying to keep track of numbers of applicants.”

This needs researching somemore/cos i just stumbled across it….
=> check out this site more => http://refusesmartmeter.com/
(I think WhyFry is a featured website of refusesmartmeter, so is also worth checking out)

    I hope this of help.

Thanks for this video Josh. U.S. Constitution 4th Amendment: It shall be the RIGHT of the people to be (SAFE &) secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable (WIRELESS) searches & (WIRELESS) seizures (of information), shall NOT be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause…. everyone should just take out the smart meters and put in an analogue meter. They are now available on the market $50.00. Sounds like her home may be next to a data collection tower, known cancer killers.

In Maine, we are Appealing the PUC’s approval of the wireless smart meters by taking the constitutional, privacy, health, public taking of private property w/o compensation or due process, state and federal law violations, and wireless trespass issues to the Maine Supreme Judicial Court (Brief will be filed 1/8/12) and asking them to recind the approval on these grounds. A complainant in every state MUST appeal their PUC’s approval of the s.meter system on similar grounds (once any Complainant has Motioned for Reconsideration to the PUC and the PUC has denied that reconsideration, what is alleged in that case is ripe for an Appeal to the State Supreme Court). This is the only legal action that is left for us to take (except the federal Supreme Court, next). Find a Pro Bono attorney or collect donations to pay for a good attorney or you can try to do the appeal yourself. I can send you copies of what the Maine attorney has filed for a Brief after it is filed (a public document) which is almost exactly what your attorney needs to file in your state but leaving out the Maine state law violations. The initial filing of the Notice of Appeal is about $150.00, then you or your attorney must file the Brief. Your PUC will also file a Brief, then you or your attorney will be able to Reply to their Brief. The SJC will then rule on the questions of law etc. If you need info about this proceeding you can check the web for your states Supreme Court under civil appeals, or feel please feel free to contact me. So far, we have filed ten formal Complaints (10 people per complaint) with the PUC, motioned for Reconsideration on four, filed two Notices of Appeal, attended all PUC investigation meetings, negiotiated with PUC for a hardwired system (lost cause), written numerous newspaper articles, have given numerous power point presentations re: s.meters to Town Councils/Selectmen throughout the state, have refused installation of a s.meter, and refused to pay the Opt Out fees. Last count, 8,000 people had Opted Out of the program. The people (including me) who have refused to pay the one time $40 and $12 monthly fee are now awaiting the utilities next action, (letter was sent via mail and cited the federal enabling Energy Act that requires that the s.meter program be an Opt-in program paid for by only the people who choose to have a s.meter). All of us have to fight this travesty of justice in every way available or this will become the status quo.
